RESIDENTIAL REMODELING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

$65,000-$80,000 base + $12,000/year vehicle/gas/phone allowances + yearly production bonus + benefits

Thanks to our award-winning reputation and steady stream business, we are adding an experienced and detail-driven Residential Remodeling Construction Project Manager to our team. This candidate will lead renovation projects from initial planning with the Design Team through final punchlist walkthrough.

This role requires a strong understanding of the unique challenges of remodeling- working in occupied homes, coordinating multiple trades in tight timelines, and managing evolving scopes with clarity and professionalism. The ideal candidate excels at communication, problem-solving, and ensuring that every project reflects quality craftsmanship and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Pre-Construction
Review design plans, scopes, and estimates with detailed accuracy.
Schedule trades, order and track materials, and coordinate site prep.
Anticipate potential remodel-specific issues (structural surprises, material lead times, client occupancy needs).

Daily Jobsite & Trade Coordination
Oversee progress to ensure trades are working efficiently, on schedule, and to spec.
Troubleshoot unexpected site conditions (framing irregularities, code violations, etc.) and project issues.
Consistently communicate with the Design Team to ensure site conditions and material limitations are accounted for.
Receive daily updates from Crew Lead and Trades.
Minor Labor Tasks: Occasionally assist with light demolition, carpentry, punch work, material unloading, and clean-up.

Client Communication & Experience
Serve as the construction team’s trusted point of contact for homeowners.
Manage expectations and maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach during high-stress phases of a remodel.

Quality Control & Inspections
Perform regular quality checks to ensure craftsmanship meets company standards.
Verify that installations align with plans and design intent.
Prepare for and facilitate building inspections as required.

Budget, Documentation & Change Management
Document scope changes and communicate cost and schedule impacts with the GC.
Maintain logs, photos, schedules, and job notes.
Use Google Drive and JobTread to maintain project details.

Qualifications
3+ years of residential remodeling project management experience (kitchen, bath, additions, whole-home preferred).
Strong understanding of remodel-specific sequencing, structural considerations, and building codes.
Ability to read architectural plans, interior design specs, and trade shop drawings.
Proficiency in project management software: JobTread and Google Drive
Excellent communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in occupied homes with respect and professionalism.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills
Strong eye for detail and finish quality.
Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes for renovations.
Ability to foresee and mitigate construction complications before they become delays.
History working alongside a GC and Interior Designer

CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST

Beyond Home Services has a full-time opening for a Construction Specialist! An individual with 3-5 years Residential Construction experience and wants to grow their skills would be ideal for this position. Come grow with us and put your talents to use where they will be appreciated and acknowledged.

Key Qualifications include:

Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including upper management, designers, sales, trades, vendors & customers
Proficient in any of the following areas; Drywall installation, Drywall finishing, demolition, carpentry, installing LVP and Engineered flooring, and painting.
Fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish a plus
Knowledge of Construction Practices and Terminology
Experience in Residential Home Remodeling and Building
Knows how to use various hand tools, electric tools, saws, and pneumatically operated tools
Ability to plan ahead and identify challenges early
Able to inspect work for completeness
Able to solve problems
Communicate and act with honesty and integrity
Key responsibilities of the position are:

Provide quality work
Communicate needs and challenges effectively
Arrive to work on-time and be productive throughout the work-day
Work on a high-performance team serving customers in our local area
Work hands-on performing work alone and alongside other employees and sub-contractors (installing flooring, trim, drywall, painting, demolition, etc.)
Able to travel around the Charlotte Metro area and work in our customer’s homes
Install our products and services under the supervision of trained professionals
Be a team player who will do whatever it takes to win for you, your team and the organization
Load/unload and deliver materials to the work site
Performs set up and clean up tasks at the work site
Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas
Be respectful of our clients and their homes
Keep work areas clean of debris, set-up and maintain all dust barriers, operate HEPA air scrubbers when required, protect the job site, company owned tools and materials, and client’s property, and operate tools in a safe manner including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Other duties as assigned by the General Contractor/Project Manager
Follow company guidelines and policies included in the company handbook
Follow the company health and safety program
Education/Experience Requirements:

3-5 years of residential remodeling experience required
