We needed our primary bathroom, bedroom, closet, plus our living room remodeled. We weren’t looking forward to the process since we weren’t sure what we wanted and living though a remodel was bound to be inconvenient. Beyond Home Services made the process more pleasant than I could have imagined. Eric and his crews had great communication and impeccable attention to detail throughout the process. Eric is so organized and a master at scheduling-so much so that our project was completed early. It was evident throughout that everyone at Beyond Home Services takes pride in their work. Eric and his wife Sarah (of Home Theory) make an amazing team. We are so happy with how our remodel turned out. We will can’t wait for our next project and will certainly use them again!

We have had 2 projects completed by Eric at Beyond Home Services (in partnership with Home Theory) and have been thrilled with the outcome on both. In the first project, they renovated our primary bathroom and in the second project, we brought them back to renovate another bathroom and turn a laundry closet into a whole new bathroom. Eric & Sarah’s (Home Theory) partnership make renovation projects unbelievably easy from the home owner’s perspective. It’s a one-stop stop where they work to understand and execute the vision (also help craft the vision if you’re design challenged like we are). Eric communicated frequently on the timeline, status, hurdles, expectations for the upcoming week, etc. And he was never more than a quick text or phone call away if we had any questions at all. The spaces that they renovated for us are beautiful and we absolutely love them. Eric and his team did high quality work, Eric consistently checked in with us to ensure we had no concerns with what we were seeing or the subcontractors performing pieces of the projects. They finished the projects on or ahead of schedule. Eric takes pride in his work, holds his team and subcontractors to high standards, and values the work of his team. He’s a great person to work with and we will certainly be calling him & Sarah again for any future renovation needs.

Eric and his whole team were amazing! We also used their design counter part Home Theory. They renovated our kitchen, re stained and added to our wood floors, and updated our mud room. Their work was always perfection. They were always on time, quick with communication, budget and payments were very clear, and very respectful of our house. He truly cares about doing his very best and delivering your project on time. He actually finished sooner than expected which was truly incredible with our big project. All of his contractors, floors, cabinets, cabinet refinishing, electrical, and plumbing were amazing too. I can’t say enough good things about this team. Home construction can be a long and difficult process. Doing the upfront diligence is very important. After meeting with over 10 contractors we decided to move forward with Beyond Home Services. Working with both Eric and Sarah throughout the process was better than we ever could have hoped for. You are truly making a mistake if you don’t consider them for your project.

Team – Their team is truly exceptional. Everyone that came to complete our room treated us and the house with respect. I could not believe how clean it was after having workers come through all day long after a week. They truly were diligent and neat. On top of that their colleague Max who helped with the day-to-day was fantastic throughout the process.

Updates – Eric and team stayed completely on top of the construction process and provided us with weekly updates through email that had pictures etc… On top of this he notified us any relevant updates or questions throughout the week. This was really helpful, particularly in planning to be out of the home during spray foam insulation.

Overall – While the process was as seamless and as we could have expected, the final product was perfect. We have had a number of friends and family members over since the construction and we continue to get the same feedback – this room is beautiful, who was your contractor? We are happy to refer them to all friends & family and we plan on using them throughout our time in Charlotte. Again, this was the best experience we’ve ever had with contractors (having been through a number of them!).
