You are about to embark on a new relationship with a team who will be working in your home and caring for your financial investment. The Welcome Call will ensure we are a good match for your needs and your project is within our areas of expertise.

Your project is a major investment and we want everyone to understand every aspect of it. The Project Development Meeting is meant to tour the space, take measurements, review current layouts, and discuss your goals and lifestyle needs. Designed to see what's possible in your home, this appointment often involves our General Contractor and Design team. We will begin to build your Design + Renovation Plan together.
Following this appointment, a range-based ``Intent-to-Hire`` estimate is provided for the Proposed Project Investment and Project Duration.

After signing your ``Intent to Hire`` document and making your first payment, we bring your dream to life by finalizing your personalized Design + Renovation Plan and Scope of Work. Ensuring our clients are clear and confident in their Design + Renovation Plan is vital to the success of the project. During this time, we lean into our expertise to prepare the best renovation experience offered in Charlotte, NC.
Here's where it gets really fun! We manage your Project Investment and Design + Renovation Plan in order to make material selections that are just right for your space. Some travel to showrooms for viewing materials may be necessary.
At the end of the Design Process we will be back on site to walk you through the entire project as a whole, allowing for final changes before the Construction Agreement is signed. This includes a general review of the new floor plan, details of the project, and final selections. Your Project Schedule is solidified after we confirm delivery dates with each vendor associated with your project. A Construction Agreement is presented after the Design Plan is complete.
You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager/Superintendent in addition to oversight by your General Contractor. We also personally visit your project at vital construction times to ensure the design vision and all the details are just right.
Every client is provided a customized Construction Portal with access to weekly updates, photos, invoices, and more to ensure you have access to everything you need to stay in the know about your investment right at your fingertips.
